The work
“24 Hours”, released on 22 May 2026, brought together BBC, Capital, KISS and Apple Music playlist support with a sequence of presenter selections.
Alongside the record, Stormzy’s #Merky promotion included conversations with Remi Burgz and Croydon FM’s Aunties, plus interview clips and social features across KISS XTRA and Capital XTRA.

Remi Burgz’s Track of the Week at release. The single entered the B list on 22 May and moved to the A list on 29 May, with additional support from DJ Target and Kaylee Golding.
Capital XTRA & KISS
Capital XTRA Super A list, Homegrown Track of the Week and Global Fresh Music Friday cover support at release. KISS XTRA added the single to its A list; KISS added it to the Hype list.
BBC Radio 2 & Selector Radio
DJ Spoony supported the track on The Good Groove. Sian Eleri featured it on British Council Selector Radio on 26 June.
